PBG extends the vanilla armor-trim system to tools and elytra. Tools get four trim patterns applied at a Toolsmithing Table; elytra get trims, dyes, banner overlays, and glow effects through normal crafting.

Tool Trims

Trim swords, axes, pickaxes, shovels, and hoes with decorative patterns. Same flow as armor trims, different bench.

How to apply

  1. Craft a Toolsmithing Table — 2 copper ingots on top + 4 wood planks below.
  2. Find a trim template — explore structures for the four tool-trim patterns.
  3. Apply — place tool + template + a trim material in the Toolsmithing Table.
  4. Pick a material to set the trim colour, same as armor trims.

Elytra Trims

Elytra customisation layers four independent slots: trim pattern, dye colour, banner overlay, and a glow/cosmic effect.

All elytra customisations are cosmetic. Flight performance and durability are unaffected.
