Two parallel systems run side by side under one menu:
- Leaderboards — daily, weekly, and monthly rankings. The top 10 players on each cycle get paid.
- Tasks — short-window (6 h / 9 h / 12 h) competitive ranking lanes that pay 1st–10th plus a participation prize for everyone else.
Both are opened from the same NPC. Talk to the Tasks Master at spawn or run /leaderboards / /tasks directly.

Leaderboards
Each cycle (daily / weekly / monthly) picks 3 random objectives from a shared bank. You're scored on how much of each objective you've contributed during the cycle.
| Leaderboard | Resets | Pays |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Every day | 1st through 10th |
| Weekly | Every Sunday | 1st through 10th |
| Monthly | 1st of each month | 1st through 10th |
Objective bank
The same bank feeds all three cycles — examples:
break-easy-block/break-random-stone-orecatch-random-type/catch-shiniesdefeat-random-typeevolve-any/evolve-random-typefish-any/fish-water-typesgain-pokemon-exp/level-pokemon/level-random-typehatch-any-pokemon/hatch-random-typepick-apricorns/pick-random-apricorn/pick-any-berries/pick-berryrestore-fossils
The "random-X" objectives roll a target species or type at the start of the cycle — so two daily leaderboards in the same week might both be "catch random type" with totally different qualifying types.
Tasks
Tasks are the parallel system: short-window competitive lanes that ping out a single objective like "catch 250 Pokémon of a random type" with a fixed time limit. Top 10 finishers get the bulk of the rewards; everyone else who contributed picks up a smaller participation payout when the task expires.
| Task tier | Window | Reward depth |
|---|---|---|
| Easy | 6 hours | 1st–10th + everyone-else |
| Medium | 9 hours | 1st–10th + everyone-else |
| Hard | 12 hours | 1st–10th + everyone-else |
When a task expires (or a leader completes its goal), it's immediately replaced by a new randomly-rolled task in the same tier.
How rewards arrive
Top finishers get their payout via the in-game mail inbox, not direct-to-inventory. Open /mail next time you log in — leaderboard and task rewards sit there until you claim.
This means you don't need to be online when the reset hits. If you ranked while offline, the reward is queued in your inbox the next time you sign in.
Tips
- Catching during catch combos still feeds
catch-random-typeandcatch-shiniesobjectives — your combo grind doubles as a leaderboard push. - The "easy" task tier is the highest-throughput one. 6-hour windows mean you can stack 4 of them in a day.
- If you're chasing a top-10 on a
random-typeobjective, check the objective panel early — the type is rolled at cycle start, so you can plan your hunting biome.
