Raids are co-op boss battles where you team up with other players to take down a powerful Pokémon for loot and a chance to catch the boss.
Schedule
All times GMT.
- Hourly raid — spawns at the top of every hour from 00:00 to 19:00 and 21:00 to 23:00 (23 slots per day). Boss is randomly drawn from the hourly pool.
- Prime-time raid — 20:00 GMT is the daily 5-Star / Mega slot. It replaces that hour's normal raid.

Joining a Raid
When chat announces a raid, talk to the Raid Master at spawn — or run /raid list — and pick the active raid from the menu to teleport in. Each boss has its own arena.
To leave early, talk to the Raid Master inside the arena to return to spawn.
Catch Phase
If the boss is defeated, the raid enters a catch phase. You're given Premier balls (and sometimes Ancient Origin balls) to throw — your own Poké Balls don't work in raids. Higher tiers give more catch time:
| Tier | Catch time |
|---|---|
| 1-Star | 2 minutes |
| 2-Star | 2.5 minutes |
| 3-Star | 3 minutes |
| 4-Star | 4 minutes |
| 5-Star | 5 minutes |
Rules
Banned moves: Destiny Bond, Ruination, Nature's Madness, Super Fang, Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, Sheer Cold, Perish Song
Banned abilities: Wonder Guard, Healer
Banned held items: Quick Claw
Vouchers and Passes
- Raid Voucher — starts a raid outside the scheduled windows. Each tier has its own voucher (a 3-Star voucher starts a 3-Star raid).
- Raid Pass — required to join some voucher-started raids.
Scheduled hourly and prime-time raids are free to join — no pass needed.
Rewards
Rewards are paid by placement. Mega raids use the full distribution; 1–5-Star and Gmax tiers default to the participant block and can be overridden per boss.
Mega raids (placements)
| Place | Item rolls | Premier balls |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 1–2 rolls from the Mega tier pool | 6× Premier (95%) or 1× Ancient Origin (5%) |
| 2nd | 1 roll | 4× Premier |
| 3rd | 0–1 roll | 2× Premier |
| All participants | 3–5 rolls | 6× Premier |
Mega-raid participants also get two extra rolls:
- 15% chance at a random Mega Stone
- 25% chance at the matching boss's Mega Stone (e.g. Charizardite X or Y for Mega Charizard X)
5-Star raids
5-Star payout is set per boss in that boss's config. Headline drops include the 5-Star tier pool (ability patches, gold/silver bottle caps, rare candy ×6–10, choice items, life orbs) and a 15% chance at a random Mega Stone on certain bosses (e.g. Necrozma-Ultra).
1-Star to 4-Star and Gmax
Each tier rolls from its own loot pool. Sample contents below — full pools live in the config.
