Completing your Pokédex earns you permanent account perks, one-time item rewards, and weekly kits. There are 10 Pokédex Ranks — each unlocked at a different Dex completion percentage and costing Pokédollars (PD) to claim.

Tiers are cumulative and permanent — you keep all perks from lower tiers when you unlock higher ones.
Three battle gimmicks unlock through Pokédex Ranks. Scout (30%) grants the Mega Bracelet and Mega Evolution; Pathfinder (55%) grants the Z-Ring and Normalium Z and unlocks Z-Moves; Apex (85%) grants the Tera Orb and unlocks Terastallization (recharge the orb at a healing machine). Tier rewards are one-time claims (each marks itself as claimed on your account). The GUI header also shows your live dex stats — total caught, shinies caught, and percent complete.
