The Park Ball Gang store sells virtual, in-game items only for the Park Ball Gang Minecraft server. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Payments

All payments are processed by PayNow.gg, our merchant of record. Your payment details never touch our servers. PayNow's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to every transaction.

Delivery

Items are delivered automatically to the Minecraft account whose username you entered, normally within a few minutes of payment. Double-check your username before buying — items delivered to a mistyped account cannot always be recovered. If your items haven't arrived within 30 minutes, contact us via the support page.

Refunds

Because items are virtual and delivered instantly, all sales are final once delivery has occurred, except where required by law. If something went wrong — duplicate payment, failed delivery, wrong product — contact us and we'll make it right.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support results in a permanent ban of the associated Minecraft account from the server, and may restrict future purchases. Talk to us first — we're reasonable.

Age

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian who authorises the payment.

The boring-but-important bits

Purchases are a licence to use virtual items on the Park Ball Gang server; they have no cash value, aren't transferable outside the game, and may be adjusted for game-balance reasons. Server rules apply to all players; purchased items do not exempt anyone from moderation. Park Ball Gang is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, The Pokémon Company, or Nintendo.
