Soccer is team-vs-team — knock a live Pokémon (a Level 1 Voltorb) into the other side's goal more times than they knock it into yours.

Team sizes and joining

Teams run 1 to 11 players a side by default, and Stadium1 uses that default.

Open the browser with /soccer alias: /futbol, /football to see active matches, or jump into one directly with /soccer join <arena>. Leave with /soccer leave. You can also get there from the Minigames menu → The Arena → Soccer.

You're kitted out automatically with team-coloured armour (Red or Blue) and a "Football Stick" for hitting the ball — right-click for a stronger kick.

Match length and scoring

Matches run 5 minutes by default, after a 20-second lobby countdown, with a 3-second celebration each time a goal goes in. Most goals when time runs out wins.

The arenas

Two pitches are configured: Stadium1 and KantoStadium, each with a speed-boost power-up placed on the field.

Status effects

Watch out for pitch-side effects during matches — you can be briefly frozen or slowed. Status effects include a freeze spell, a slowness aura, and a "groggy" effect, each with its own duration and range and its own in-game message for when it lands on you.

Rewards

Betting

While a match is still in its lobby, anyone spectating can place a bet on the outcome with /soccer bet — choosing Red, Blue, or a draw. Bets run ₽100 to ₽1,000,000.

Soccer shares a daily event rotation with racing and the crane game — nine slots fire every day (UK time), and which game runs at each one rotates daily. Three of the nine are soccer; two run on Stadium1:
